The prestigious luxury brand Philipp Plein entrusted SICE TRES with two of its projects in Spain.
In Barcelona, a turnkey project was carried out at the Mandarin Oriental Barcelona, located on the iconic Passeig de Gràcia. The works were completed within a six-week timeframe and included full project management, execution of finishes, and adaptation to the high technical, aesthetic, and operational standards required by the brand.
In Madrid, a comprehensive refurbishment was undertaken for an existing store located at Las Rozas Village. The intervention was carried out while maintaining the operational environment, optimizing execution timelines, and ensuring seamless integration of the new design, installations, and finishes, with particular attention to detail and spatial functionality.
Both projects reflect a precise, flexible, and quality-driven management approach, delivering results fully aligned with the image of an international luxury brand and adapted to highly demanding urban and commercial environments.
