Karl Lagerfeld Jeans trusted SICE TRES with the execution of its first store concept in Spain, located on the iconic Fuencarral Street in Madrid, one of the city’s main fashion and retail hubs.

We carried out the project on a turnkey basis, managing the works comprehensively and coordinating all trades, with particular attention to finishes, materials, and construction details—key elements in conveying the brand’s identity and character within the space.

The premises were delivered in a shell condition, with a total surface area of 160 m².

The refurbishment was completed within a 6-week timeframe, resulting in a space that faithfully reflects the brand’s image and supports its successful entry into the Spanish market.
